Michael Goldberg, LLM, CPA, CVA, is the founding principal of Goldberg Tax Law, LLC, a national tax controversy and litigation practice representing individuals and businesses in federal and state disputes. His work spans IRS examinations and appeals, U.S. Tax Court litigation, collection matters including liens, levies, and installment agreements, offers in compromise, innocent spouse claims, trust fund recovery penalty defense, and parallel state controversies across multiple jurisdictions.
